1:- Download Usb drive,Flash File and SPD Tool edited by Benedictor Kagolo2020.

2:- Install Usb drive on you PC 

3:- Extract Flash File on you PC the open.

4: Download Research-Download Tool.

5:- Run Research-Download tool.

6: -Load Itel IT2163 pac files from extracted firmware folder

7: 2. Press and hold ‘OK’ and ‘MENU ’ Buttons

Connect your Device using USB Cable.

8: -Now Click the start Download / upgrade firmware of Research-Download tool to start flashing.

9: -And wait for the process to finish and please do not unplug your device before finishing the process.

10: -A green ring display for flash successes will appear at the top
